How often we take the things going on around us for granted. I write this blog to stir up your spirit to take on your rightful place in Christ to press on to fight the good fight.

Sometimes we find ourselves so caught up in the busy-ness of life that we lose sight of what is happening all around us. Take a pause, sit down or stand quietly and just reflect on everything going on around you (reflect on the world, your country, your community, your family, your life in Christ)

I do not know about you, as I sit still in this act of reflection, I cannot help but allow the tears to pour down my face because my heart is broken over the things that are happening all around us.

Be Alert!  Believer in Christ, We are in spiritual battle

Ephesians 6:12 – 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Believer of Christ, AWAKE! ARISE!

We wrestle not against the things we see and touch with our physical senses. There is an opposing force acting against the order of God. Do not fall for the falsehood that the world preaches to disarm you from taking on your rightful place to oppose the wickedness that seeks to destroy us. Be not an ignorant believer! Do not take the things going on around us lightly. Believer, open your eyes and ARISE to manifest the authority and power given to you in Christ to fight for your family, community, your sanctification, etc. 

Put on and keep it on – the Armor of God

Ephesians 6:13

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

2nd Corinthians 4:10

4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;)

This battle we fight is not with man-made weapons like guns, swords, machetes or bombs. Our weapons are in Christ Jesus. Beloved the Word of God in your heart through meditation, preaching it, praying it, obeying and abiding in His Word are your weapons to obtain victory over this opposer. This battle is not one that is seen with our physical eyes, although the tragic effects of this battle manifest in the physical to cause us misery, pain, and even death. Therefore Beloved,  put on the armor our Lord Jesus Christ has obtained for us in Him. Allow the sanctifying grace of the Holy Spirit to fortify you for the battle to obtain victory. Please do not leave a room for the devil to take a footstool. Your holiness is your guard to prevent the devil from getting any access to you.

Our Victory is guaranteed in Jesus Christ

³³ These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will^[a]have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”- John 16:33

1 Corinthians 15:57 –⁵⁷ But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our victory is from God who has enlisted us in this army to fight the good fight of faith. Do not be overwhelmed by the enormity of the battle. Do not look at their numbers but today may God open your eyes like He did for Gehazi (the servant of Elisha) that you may see the great host of angel armies that stand behind you. Pray without ceasing, hold on fast to the word of God and Christ Jesus stands beside you always to renew your strength for victory. 

O Arise o Believer in Christ and take on your rightful place as a Man or Woman of God to fight the good fight of faith.
