Being worn out is like the working father who has worked 80+ hours in a week and had little to no sleep and yet barely making ends meet. Weariness also looks like the extreme fatigue that a recovering mother who just had a baby experience from waking up every few hours throughout the night to feed newborn and take care of her three other children. The illustration of being weary are numerous. Unfortunately, many people are going through this life with heavy burdens, extremely challenging responsibilities, and difficult tasks to fulfill in which they are drowning.
To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
Isaiah 61:3 NKJV

Experiencing weariness in life can make it quite difficult for one to seek God. In moments of such drowning tiredness one can easily fall into despair, doubt or even depression and fail to recognize God amid it all.
In my personal experience of being weary I had an encounter with the words of Jesus Christ in Matthew 11:28-30 which in turn ignited new strength, joy and peace in me to press on.
28 “Come to me,(A) all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.(B) 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,(C) for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.(D) 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
Dear one, when words fail and tears seems to flood your eyes whenever you attempt to speak, turn your eyes on to Jesus Christ.
When you cannot articulate your worries, doubts, troubles, turn to the Psalms in the Bible and let the words of the Psalmists speak for you. Pray the Psalms to God and allow the warmth embrace of the Holy Spirit envelope you.
The weariness and tiredness in our body and soul is exchanged for the joy, peace, love, strength of the Lord when we seek and abide in God. God dries our tears, gives us strength to persevere and grants us a glorious victory to bring His name glory in the end.
Dear one, I invite you to soak in these scriptures when experiencing weariness which I believe will help you to draw strength from the Lord and be a blessing to you.
“Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!”
I Chronicles 16:11 NKJV

My God, my [a]strength, in whom I will trust;

God is our refuge and strength,
Psalm 46:1
A very present help in trouble.
My flesh and my heart fail;
