Today we pray seeking God’s grace of protection over our lives.

This is a very difficult time for our brothers and sisters in California. The wildfires has taken so much that cannot be replaced. Pain and sorrow has gripped the hearts of many. Such times we stand together to pray with them. Tragedies destroy lives, and also makes us even more vulnerable to more instances of destruction. Many in the world experience tragic events day in and day out. Lives of humanity are always on the verge of being destroyed.

In moments such as these we seek God’s grace of protection to keep us amidst such horrifying events that aims to destroy our lives.

Let us pray (Inspired by Psalm 61, 91)

Our gracious God and Keeper,

We honor and exalt you for Your mercies and love that endures forever.

Our hearts are overwhelmed with the pain and suffering from tragedies. We know that You have always been our shelter for it is in You we always abide. You are our strong tower and Your wings are our shelter.

God we ask that You will continue to be our refuge and our fortress. A dwelling place where we shall always abide. Deliver us from the perilous pestilence and cover us with Your feathers. May Your Word of Truth keep us that all fear will be vanquished.

May You shield us from all plagues, disasters or tragedies in this life

We ask that you send your angels to keep charge over us. Deliver us and be with us in our troubles.

Our Savior, Redeemer and Protector, we believe You have heard the cry of our hearts . We trust and look to you God to keep us even now in Jesus name we pray. Amen!
