At the beginning of the year, many people take the opportunity to reset and refocus on their goals. They set new plans, make changes, and strive for the best outcome for the year.
However, amidst all the planning and actions, it’s important to remember to do everything for God. As believers, we are God’s servants, and our life’s work should be centered on Him. In a world where self has become the focus, it’s easy to forget that we should strive to please God in everything we do.
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Galatians 2:20 NKJV
Therefore, let us align our motives to be focused on God, for it is out of God-centered motives that we can produce godly, lasting, and fruitful outcomes. May you be blessed.

Soaking in God's Word 
i seem to have lost all drive to do even then basic things for survival. I think I have let the fire go out to many times and lost connection with God, if I ever had it in the first place. I don’t know if God has cut me off or I never was really connected to the vine of Jesus

Hi Jon, there are times that as believers we can feel that God is a million miles away but the truth is He is closer than we think. I pray you do not allow the enemy to capitalize on that feeling rather continue to call on God in any way that you know how and your dear Heavenly Father will manifest Himself to you.
In our weakness when we call on God, His grace and strength is made perfect in us. God dearly loves you.
Jesus said he will never cast out anyone who comes to Him. His arms are open wide to His children
